My story

Where it all began

I’m Dilki – a freelance web developer and UI designer based in Sri Lanka, with a formal academic background in design that shapes everything I create.

My journey into web design didn’t start with just learning WordPress or picking up a few tools. It started with a genuine love for design  understanding colour, composition, typography and how visual elements communicate meaning before a single word is read.

That foundation is what makes me different. I don’t just build websites, I design them. Every project I take on is approached as a complete creative and technical challenge, where the way it looks and the way it works are equally important.

Over the years I’ve had the privilege of working with clients across industries, from cinematographers and film directors to architecture firms, travel companies, education platforms and e-commerce brands. Each one taught me something new and pushed me to grow.

Co-founded a design agency with my husband, bringing together design and development expertise under one roof to serve a wider range of clients.

Launched my personal portfolio brand a space that reflects who I am as a complete designer and developer, working authentically and independently.
